How to clean

·         Use mild dish soap and warm water to clean well-seasoned wooden bowl.

·         To clean the wood surface, wet a cloth or non-abrasive scrub pad in warm sudsy water and scrub the entire surface until free of food.

·         Immediately dry the surface of moisture with a clean cloth or paper towel.

·         When the wood becomes dry, apply coat of mineral oil.

How to Maintain?

Whenever bowl becomes dry or dull-looking:

·         Use paper towel to liberally apply mineral oil, which won't turn rancid like oils used in salad dressings, to all surfaces of bowl.

·         Let stand for 15 minutes, then wipe away residue with clean paper towel.
